Hair care tips:

• Wash and condition hair regularly. 

• Detangle hair gently before washing.

• Add mild shampoo to cool water and wash hair till clean. 

• Blot out extra water with towel and let hair dry freely. 

• Please do not rub and twist when wash. 

• Do not expose ur lovely hair under the sun. 

• Comb curly hair gently with ur fingers from top to ends.

Q1: Please talk me through how you test the quality of the hair to ensure best quality?

A: The factory will have the machine to sew the hair in weft and without any chemical process but 

    just wash it clean, with 100% cuticle protection. The hair looks natural and very smooth soft and 

    tangle free.

Q2. What colors of hair do you offer? 

A: We have various hair with different color, surely the 1b# color is 100% virgin, and also we have the

    ombre hair with 1b#+27#, 1b#+613#, blonde 613#, 1# jet blace ect.

Q3: Do you offer samples?

A: We have 2 policies of the free samples,  customer can get the 15 grams samples for free just need 

   to pay for the shipping freight, the other policy is you can choose the buy 3PCS hair of normal 100

   grams per bundle, then we will refund the sample fee base on your next order. Which means you

   will have the free sample.

Q4. Is the hair cleaned and deloused?

A: All of our hair is clean and health after manufacture finish by factory,we will use the clean bag to

   package it and we will not open the package bag.Every time before we ship the hair to our customers

   we will check the package bag whether broken,we just send the good package hair to our customers.

   After customers receive the hair,they  can wear on head directly.

 Q5: How to distinguish human hair with synthetic hair?
 A: Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning:
 After burning, human hair will be ash , but synthetic hair will be sticky ball. And when burning,

human hair  shows white smoke, while synthetic hair shows black smoke. And synthetic hair

burning smells like burning  plastic, but human hair burning like hair scorching smell. 
 Please note: Human hair may have few gray hair and split end. It is normal and not a quality problem.
